Reformer Pilates is a full‑body, low‑impact workout performed on a spring‑based machine called a Reformer. It strengthens deep stabilising muscles, improves posture, enhances mobility, and builds long‑term resilience. Sessions combine controlled movement, breathwork, and precision for a balanced, intelligent workout.
