Spice is a warm, boutique Reformer Pilates studio in the heart of Highbury, created to help every client feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their body.
We specialise in uplifting classes that blend strength, mobility and mindful movement. Every session is designed to be welcoming, supportive and adaptable — whether you’re brand new to Reformer Pilates or building on an established practice.
Our studio is built around community. We believe in creating a space where clients feel comfortable, encouraged, and genuinely looked after. From the atmosphere to the teaching style, every detail is intentional, helping you move well, feel incredible, and enjoy the process.

Meet Adrienne, Spice Founder

Hi I'm Adrienne
Spice was born from something deeper than fitness. After over a decade working in film and TV, my life shifted in 2018 when I was diagnosed with colon cancer.
Pilates started as a way to rebuild my strength — but it became so much more. It helped me reconnect with my body and support my mental wellbeing.
That journey led me to train with Body Control Pilates and APPI, and eventually to open Spice Reformer Pilates Studio. As a regular practitioner, I know what it feels like to be a beginner — which is why this space is designed to feel calm, supportive and welcoming from the moment you walk in.
“Spice” comes from my heritage — I’m from Grenada — and community is at the heart of everything we do.
My mission is simple:
To make Pilates accessible, inclusive and empowering for the diverse community I’m proud to be part of.
