TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. Bookings & Payments

​

All classes must be booked in advance through our online system. Payment is due at the time of booking. Class packs, memberships and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Prices may change but existing bookings remain unaffected.

2. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

​

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class starts to avoid charges. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. There is a late cancellation fee of £10 and a no- show fee of £15. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late may be refused for safety reasons.

3. Health & Medical Conditions

​

You’re responsible for ensuring you’re fit to participate in Reformer Pilates and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions or injuries on your health declaration. Inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy before class. Instructors may refuse participation if a class isn’t suitable for your condition. Instructors don’t diagnose or treat medical issues. You agree to follow all safety instructions given by our Reformer Instructors; if you don’t, it’s your responsibility.

We’re not responsible for injuries sustained during classes. Participation is at your own risk and you’re responsible for participating safely.

You acknowledge the risk of injury in exercise and agree to take responsibility for your health and wellbeing in our classes.

4. Studio Etiquette

​

If it’s your first visit, arrive at least 15 minutes early. Otherwise, 5 minutes before class is sufficient to respect other clients and instructors.

Mobile phones must be silenced during class.

Clean Pilates grip socks are required for hygiene and safety.

Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in refusal of service.

Always respect fellow clients and staff.

5. Personal Belongings

​

Personal items are brought into the studio at your own risk. We’re not responsible for loss theft or damage.

​

​

6. Liability

​

You participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own body and movement. We’re not liable for injuries caused by failing to follow instructions undisclosed conditions or equipment misuse. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it’s not legally possible.

7. Photography & Marketing

​

We may take photos or videos for marketing purposes. Consent will always be sought before inclusion.

​

​

8. Privacy

​

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

​

​

9. Changes to Terms

​

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Pilates is a safe, low‑impact form of exercise, but participation carries inherent risk. By attending classes, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Personal Responsibility

​​

You participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your health and wellbeing.

Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

 

2. Medical Conditions

​

You confirm you are physically able to participate.

You must inform your instructor of any injuries, conditions, or pregnancy.

Instructors may offer general modifications but do not provide medical advice.

 

3. Instructor Guidance

​

You agree to follow all instructions to ensure safe practice.

Deviating from instructions is at your own risk.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

​

• We are not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions,

undisclosed medical conditions, misuse of equipment and/or actions outside the instructor’s control.

 

This disclaimer does not limit liability where it cannot be limited by law.
