Pre/PostNatal

At Spice Reformer Pilates Studio, every class is 50 minutes and expertly programmed to help you build strength, stability and mobility safely and progressively.

I'm completely new, can I still join?

Absolutely. Our Beginners  and Mixed Ability classes are perfect if you're new to Reformer Pilates. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way.

How long are classes?

All sessions at Spice Reformer Pilates are 50 minutes.

What should I wear?

Comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are recommended for safety and hygiene.

Is Reformer Pilates suitable during pregnancy?

Yes - we offer dedicated Prenatal Reformer classes designed specifically for pregnancy. Always consult your healthcare provider if unsure.

When can I start postnatal classes?

This varies depending on delivery and recovery. We recommend clearance from your GP or women’s health physio before attending Postnatal Reformer.

Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all. Reformer Pilates meets you where you are. Resistance and intensity can be adjusted to suit your level.
